The jar of sieved tomatoes on the table has a long story behind it that is hard to imagine, of over a year. How is it possible?
It starts from the tiny seed that is bought by seed companies and that is obtained from the fields of seed tomatoes scattered all over the world the previous year. We only buy it from selected Seed Companies.
We give the seeds purchased only to nurseries selected by us in Northern Italy to breed the plants which will generate the precious tomato fruits.
Members will take care of the plants in the field sustainably and refining the product quality for over 100 days.
